Students to share their views, queries and concerns about the services and
programmes provided by the College through our official e-mail hotline@cbfs.edu.om. You are welcome to
submit concerns regarding academic experience, general facilities and/or any
issues that you face within the College.
We assure you that the College has an effective grievance
handling mechanism and all your concerns will be handled professionally and
with the utmost confidentiality. By reporting through the right channel you
will allow us to resolve your concern effectively.
