Departmental Objectives

  • To achieve effective stewardship and optimum utilization of financial resources.
  • To convert CBFS targets financially.
  • To advice on methods of controlling expenses.
  • To ensure availability of resources for the operations (including Capital Expenses).
Departmental Responsibilities

  • To process and record all day to day financial transactions of CBFS.
  • To manage CBFS cash flow and ensure there are enough funds available to meet the day-to-day payments.
  • To advice and source longer term financing.
  • To prepare CBFS budgets and forecasts, and to report back on the progress against these throughout the year.
  • To provide information to assist CBFS top management in making key strategic decisions.
  • To make sure that all employees are paid accurately and timely.
