He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional and Teaching Technologies from SQU. His teaching experience spans more than 15 years across three higher education institutions. Dr. Roslin Lazarus

Assistant Professor at CBFS. She has over 20 years of teaching experience. She holds a Masters and PhD in Commerce. She holds the Introduction to Securities & Investment (International) certification of CISI, UK. She has completed the IFRS certificate course from AICPA & CIMA. She is a Certified Professional Banker from FINSIA’s (Australia), awarding body Chartered Banker Institute, UK. She conducts training in accounting and finance.

Bringing a wealth of experience in the higher education sector, his experience spans over 17 years in various academic and administrative capacities. His professional journey includes critical rules in higher education institutions, where he served as assistant Dean Administrative and Finance, Head of Business Studies Department, Head of Accounting department at UTAS. He holds PHD of philosophy in Financial and Banking regulation from the University of Hull, UK. Additionally, he earned a Master of Science in Finance from the University of York, UK, and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from SQU. He is a certified KPI professional and has delivered numerous training programs focused on executing strategic plans and utilizing performance management tools including KPIs. Head Debt Capital Markets and Restructuring Division within Investment Banking at Sohar International. She holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Cranfield University and is a certified debt collections trainer. With over a decade of experience in managing distressed portfolios for Retail and SME sectors at two top International banks, her areas of expertise include quality assurance, strategy, and litigation in debt management. Furthermore, she has experience in project financing, corporate treasury, and the management of stressed assets.

Mr. Hisham Moosa Hassan

Senior Vice President at Sohar Islamic, Sohar International. With experience exceeding 18 years in both local and international banks, he has specialized in wholesale banking, risk management as well Financial Institutional Relationships. In addition, he has served as a senior treasury manager at Oman Investment Authority (OIA). He graduated from SQU and has Master’s degree from University of Bradford. In addition, he is a Certified Credit Analyst by Moodys Analytics.
