The aim of Faculty Development Programme (FDP) at CBFS is to build and enhance research skill among Academic staff to enable them to publish in high quality peer reviewed journals, to share the knowledge at professional conferences and to improve their work in the classroom through research-teaching nexus. The FDPs help the Academic staff to cope with the changing environments by updating contemporary research knowledge and skills.
