CBFS
encourages the staff members to undertake consultancy assignments through the
College as part of the Knowledge Transfer initiative.This initiative aims to assist in developing
mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders. This initiative helps develop
an awareness of business culture among the staff members, enabling the college
to access additional resources and assist staff in exploiting their ideas by
providing expert advice on specific problem areas.A contract between CBFS and a third party
governs the consultancy assignments.CBFS
has a separate policy on consultancy to support staff members in delivering
consultancy assignments approved by the College.
