The Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) provides qualified accountants or graduates who have relevant country specific qualifications or work experience with an up to date and relevant conversion course.
The Diploma provides practical and detailed knowledge of the key international financial reporting standards and how they are interpreted and applied.

ENROLLMENT ELIGIBILITY

Possessing a relevant degree and two years’ accounting experience, or by having three years’ full-time relevant accounting experience, supported by an employer’s covering letter. A student without required entry requirement can obtain the qualification through the certificate route.

Duration:

A minimum of six months to complete a single examination of three hours duration.

The registration can also be made on-line, through the College website, www.cbfs.edu.om and “Register Online” menu. The registration can also be made in person at the College registration office from 9 am to 2 pm, Sundays to Thursday’s.

COURSE COMMENCEMENT

COURSE DELIVERY PLAN:

The classes will be conducted for 14 weeks of lecture with 6 hours per week. Total hours allocated for the entire program is 84 contact hours taught by a well experienced and qualified team of experts professionally qualified in ACCA, CIMA, MBA etc. All classes are conducted in the evenings after office hours after 4 pm.

FEES PAYABLE TO CBFS

Fee will be RO 325 for students of CBFS and RO 350 for non-CBFS students.
All fees payable to ACCA will be done by the student directly.
