The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)

• A National Diploma (12 years of schooling) with a score of 60% (C grade) or above. All equivalent UK and international qualifications (IB, GCSE) are also accepted. In case of Bankers, students with less than 60% & 1 year experience.
• Applicants for whom English is not their first language, an IELTS score of 5.0 or equivalent will also be required. (This requirement may be exempted for those who have completed certain courses in English medium).

CBFS unites a dedicated team of faculty with rich relevant academic (PhD, M.Phil and MBA. M.Com., M.A.) and professional qualifications (from CIMA(UK), CISI(UK) and ICAI(India), CII (UK), LOMA (US), LLB, ACCA(UK)) supported by relevant industry experience.

The training system at CBFS is designed especially for students with English as a second language. CBFS CIMA program is designed to meet the needs of those aiming for a career in accountancy. The courses would enable the students to meet the challenges of the CIMA examinations successfully and at the same time enhance the knowledge, skills and professional competence.

Your employees will progress through the CIMA Professional Qualification. Those who obtain the qualification, and meet the professional experience criteria, will become a Chartered Global Management Accountant® (CGMA®) designation holder.

The CGMA designation complements the US CPA credential. US CPAs can obtain the designation by meeting management accounting experience requirements, in addition to the exam and experience requirements of earning the US CPA credential.
