Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Overview

Background

CBFS believes that employees, students, alumni, and the wider community can contribute to sustainable economic development in the country by engaging in entrepreneurship and developing an optimistic, passionate, creative, innovative, and persevering character. In this background, CBFS has formulated the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Section (IES) as a platform to provide employees, students, alumni, and any individual with an opportunity to experiment and innovate. The IES helps employees, students, and community members acquire tools, develop skills, and cultivate the mindset of an entrepreneur. IES works as the first launch pad for a student’s entrepreneurial journey to understand the entrepreneurial ecosystem. IES helps employees and students to demystify entrepreneurial success and popularize entrepreneurship. IES collaborates with the community to improve entrepreneurship education and provide innovations, business ideas, business models, and best practices. IES aims to support and mentor the entrepreneurial ambitions of employees, students, alumni, and the community.
