OverviewÂ
The Centre of Excellence in FinTech (CoE-FinTech) at the College of Banking and Financial Studies (CBFS) was established in December 2022 as a pioneering national platform dedicated to advancing FinTech education, training, research, consultancy, and public awareness in Oman. In response to the growing global influence of financial innovation, CBFS launched the Centre to enhance the nation’s digital finance capabilities in alignment with the strategic pillars of Oman Vision 2040. These include fostering economic leadership and effective management, developing the labor market and employment opportunities, and promoting excellence in education, learning, scientific research, and national capabilities.Â
